E4:12 (Ephesians 4:12) was launched in April 2010 as an initiative of First Free Church at a gathering of our leaders called Confluence 2010. Its roots stem from our lead pastor, Mark Brunott, and his reflection on God's Word and his growing conviction that God was calling First Free Church to renew its commitment transform lives for God's glory.
When Pastor Mark brought this conviction to the attention of our staff, E4:12 was subsequently created as a means to refocus our staff, our ministries and our people. This initiative would focus on the forming of intentional relationships within our church family (beginning with our church leaders) that would foster the spiritual growth and development described in Ephesians 4:12. But E4:12 is more than just a launching platform, it has become the central ministry focus of our church.
