MINISTRY INFORMATION:
Sunday Mornings: Students gather together to praise God in big way along with our student-led worship band. After worship time, we break off into separate High School and Middle School groups to study God’s Word. Through a large group lesson and small group discussion, students learn to apply principles from the Bible to everyday situations in their lives.
Wednesday Evenings: Our mid-week program "J247" is a high-energy, bring your friends, hang-out night. We meet in the Lincoln Christian School gym from 7:00-8:15 p.m. A typical night includes an ice breaker, large group game, challenge from a speaker and small group discussion time. Prior to youth group, we meet at LCS for small group time at 6:15 p.m. These groups are set up by grade level and gender.
Ministry Teams: These teams allow students to use their God-given talents to glorify Him. High School teams include Worship and Outreach. Middle School teams include Worship, Connection, Drama and Prayer.
Special Events: Throughout the year, students participate in retreats, special events and trips.
Note: The above schedule applies from mid-August through mid-May. Summer schedule for Student Ministries will be available in May 2012.
