Life Groups

Why Life Groups?

At First Free Church, we want each person to feel part of our church family while growing deeper in relationship with Jesus Christ. And, in keeping with the mission of our church, we believe that life transformation best happens when someone is part of a small group.

What is a Life Group?

Life Groups typically meet weekly, some biweekly, and are facilitated by trained leaders. Freedom is given to each group in selecting the material for study and discussion. Life Groups also seek opportunities to serve one another, to serve other ministries in our church and to serve in the community. We want Life Groups to accomplish these goals as they do life together (1) develop strong, healthy relationships that result in spiritual mentoring and lifelong friendships, (2) pray for one another and (3) share and receive loving concern about the issues that each individual of the group is facing.

How do I join a Life Group?

Just stop by Connection Pointe in our church foyer and let us know that you want to be part of a Life Group. We will help you find a group that is aligned with your season of life and that will help you connect with God and with others.

My wife, Tania, and I have grown in our faith in Jesus Christ by being part of a Life Group at First Free Church. Our weekly Bible studies with our Life Group are instrumental to our daily obedience to God. We truly love our Life Group! ~ Doug Kruce
